1. Who we are
NANO ARMOR is operated by Little Luxe Project FZC LLC, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are responsible for the personal information we collect to operate our store. This policy describes how we handle information when you browse our website, place an order, use our chat assistant, or contact us.
For privacy questions or requests, email support@nanoarmor.io.
2. Information we collect
- Contact and delivery information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and delivery instructions supplied when ordering or contacting us.
- Order and payment records: products, quantities, amounts, currency, order references, payment method, transaction references, and payment or refund status.
- Support communications: messages, return requests, and any photos or information you provide to resolve an issue.
- Chat content: messages and conversation history you submit to our AI assistant.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, and security-related activity that may be processed by our website and hosting providers.
- Preferences and verification: your selected currency and information used to verify access to order history, including email verification records.
Card details entered in Stripe’s hosted checkout are handled by Stripe. Our store does not collect or store your full card number or card security code through that checkout.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide order updates, verify order-history access, answer questions, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain the website, and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the basis permitted by applicable law for the activity, such as performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, or your consent. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Information necessary to fulfill an order may be required before we can provide that service.
4. Service providers and delivery partners
We share information needed to provide the service with the following types of recipients:
- Stripe: payment processing, checkout, transaction verification, and refunds.
- Delivery companies: your recipient name, delivery address, contact details, and relevant order or Cash on Delivery details so they can deliver your purchase and resolve delivery issues.
- Replit and its infrastructure providers: website hosting, database services, technical operation, and security.
- Email providers: Resend for transactional messages when enabled, and Namecheap Private Email for support correspondence.
- AI service providers: Replit AI Integrations and the underlying OpenAI service used to generate chat responses.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect lawful rights and prevent fraud, to professional advisers where necessary, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections. Providers may process some information under their own privacy notices, including for their legal and security obligations. Contact us for information about the delivery provider handling your order.
5. AI chat
Our chat assistant is automated, not a human representative. When you send a message, the submitted conversation is sent through our server to an AI provider to generate a response. Please do not include passwords, full payment details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
AI responses may be inaccurate. Contact support for confirmation of order-specific information, refunds, or policy questions. You can shop and contact us by email without using AI chat. Provider processing and retention may differ from the conversation shown in your browser.
6. Browser storage and currency settings
The storefront uses local storage to remember a currency you manually select. It can also read your browser’s language and timezone settings to choose an initial currency; this is not GPS location tracking and may not identify your actual country. Administrative access uses browser session storage for authentication.
You can clear stored preferences through your browser settings. Hosting, security, and payment services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Blocking storage or cookies may affect relevant features. If we introduce optional advertising or analytics technologies that require consent, we will provide the appropriate notice and choice before using them.
7. International processing
We operate in the UAE, but providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws can differ. International processing is subject to the requirements and safeguards applicable to the transfer. You may contact us to ask about the providers and safeguards relevant to your information.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the purpose, and legal requirements; there is no single retention period for all data.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please keep verification codes and access credentials private.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information about processing, access or correct your data, request deletion or a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Email support@nanoarmor.io to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate unresolved transactions; we will explain any applicable limitations.
10. Children, links, and policy changes
Our store is intended for customers with legal capacity to make purchases, not for children submitting personal information independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, please contact us.
External sites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy as our operations or legal requirements change, revise the date above, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
