1. Our store and these terms

NANO ARMOR is operated by Little Luxe Project FZC LLC, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern use of our website and purchases from our store, subject to applicable law. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use services that require agreement.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you, or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep verification codes private and contact us promptly about an error or suspected unauthorized order.

3. Products and product information

Product descriptions, finishes, and availability appear on the store. Images are illustrative; colors may vary by screen. We aim to keep information accurate but may correct errors. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an undisclosed higher amount.

NANO ARMOR products are not offered as medical treatment or a substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing on this website or in AI chat guarantees a health outcome or establishes that a product eliminates electromagnetic exposure. Follow device-manufacturer safety guidance and product application instructions. These statements do not exclude rights arising from a product being faulty or not as described.

4. Pricing, currency, and payment

Prices are displayed in the selected supported currency. Automatic currency selection is based on browser settings and can be changed manually. Displayed conversions are informational until you review the final amount and currency shown at checkout or on the order summary.

Review the total, including any disclosed delivery charges or taxes, before submitting payment. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include Stripe-hosted card payments and Cash on Delivery. Card transactions are subject to authorization; Cash on Delivery amounts are payable according to the confirmed order instructions.

5. Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request but does not by itself guarantee availability or dispatch. We may need to verify payment, stock, delivery details, or suspected fraud before fulfilling an order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange a refund of any payment received for unfulfilled items as required by law. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability, charges, and any estimates are provided during ordering or through support. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Delivery can be affected by carrier operations, customs, or events outside reasonable control. Please provide an accessible, accurate delivery address and contact details.

Delivery companies receive the information needed to fulfill your order as explained in our Privacy Policy. Contact support about missing, delayed, or damaged deliveries so we can investigate. Responsibility for delivery and any remedies remains subject to applicable consumer law; using a carrier does not remove your statutory rights.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery for unused, unapplied chips in original packaging. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. Different remedies apply for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. AI assistance and communications

Our sales chat is an automated AI assistant. Its responses may contain errors and do not authorize discounts, change these terms, issue refunds, or guarantee product performance. Contact support to confirm important information. Do not submit sensitive personal information to chat.

We may send service-related messages about orders, delivery, verification, or support. These messages are separate from any optional marketing consent.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape personal information, or upload malicious or unlawful content.

Website branding, text, images, and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the website for legitimate browsing and shopping; other reproduction or commercial use requires appropriate permission except where allowed by law. You retain rights in content you submit and authorize its use only as needed to provide the requested service and meet legal obligations.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to maintain a reliable website but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Access may be restricted for maintenance, security, or misuse. Any restriction does not remove obligations concerning existing paid orders.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies, liability for fraud, or other mandatory protections.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Please contact support first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a mandatory right to a different forum or contacting a regulator.

12. Changes and general provisions

We may update these terms for future use and purchases, with the revised date shown above. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
